Jennifer Canfield, L.Ac., Dipl. OM holds a clinical degree from Emperor’s College, in Santa Monica, CA, where she graduated with high honors with special training in the use of acupuncture and herbal medicine for women’s health/fertility, autoimmune conditions, and pain. She believes every patient deserves to be treated individually, and uses an integrated approach when caring for her patients, combining traditional Chinese herbal therapies and acupuncture treatment with lab testing, nutritional counseling, and healthy lifestyle recommendations.

Jennifer quickly identified and resonated with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) by watching family members with health conditions go unresolved in the western paradigm. She feels compassion, an open heart, communication, and lifelong learning are key components to facilitate healing.

In addition to her studies in TCM, Jennifer holds a master’s degree in Communications from the S.I. Newhouse School of Communications, in Syracuse, NY, where she graduated with highest honors. She spent several years teaching and researching communications, and looks forward to continuing her studies, research and treatment in the fields of women’s health, fertility, and autoimmune conditions.
